Mental Health America

Seeking help for mental health issues is complex.  Each of us must find what works for us individually - there is rarely only one path that will work.  We have tried to provide comprehensive information about available local help.  Our locale is defined by the five county area covered by Region 10, the Community Service Board with the mission to provide mental health assistance for our region.

We list a variety of help sources provided without judgment or endorsement.  We understand that some problems encompass more than just the mental health issue and therefore we have included every agency and support group that we could find.  

 We solicit local therapists to register themselves on our site.  When looking for an appropriate therapist, it is important to review their credentials, which will provide information about their training and licensure. Licensure is represented by the initials following a practitioner's name. Not all therapists are licensed to prescribe medications.
